Is the sample analysis really free?

Yes. It's how we demonstrate EchoDepth in your specific context. You send us content, we return a scored report within 5 working days. No invoice, no commitment. If you want to proceed, we discuss next steps from there.

What determines pilot pricing?

Pilot scope — primarily the number of analyses, the modalities used (video, voice, text, image), and the reporting structure. The £15,000 floor covers a well-scoped 4–8 week pilot with up to 20 analyses. Complex multi-vertical deployments are priced by scope.

Is there per-seat or per-user pricing?

No. EchoDepth is not licensed per seat or per user. Pricing is based on deployment scope, analysis volume and the complexity of output integration. This makes it accessible for small teams running targeted pilots.

Can we start with one use case and expand?

Yes — and that's the most common path. Most organisations begin with one high-value use case (earnings call analysis, interview integrity, or sales demo review) and expand once the ROI is established. The pilot programme is designed for exactly this.

Do you work with SMEs or only enterprise?

Primarily enterprise and mid-market organisations. However, if you have a specific high-value use case — an important pitch, a critical hire, a key investor communication — we can scope something appropriate. Contact us to discuss.

What's included in the governance documentation?

Data Processing Agreement, consent architecture documentation, DPIA template, purpose of processing statement, data retention schedule and compliance guidance for your specific regulatory context (FCA, GDPR, etc.).
